We offer You to enjoy holidays in Altea, in our cozy 3-level townhouse located in a quiet and clean area, near walking trail, the Biopark and just a 10-minute walk from the sea.

The house consists of a spacious living room with American kitchen, there is access to a large equipped terrace where you can enjoy relaxing in the shade of awnings, barbecues or just sunbathing, as well as two bedrooms and shower rooms located on different floors of the house. The house is suitable for a comfortable stay a maximum of 4 adults with 2-3 children.

The house is freshly renovated, it was renovated in may 2020.

The house has everything necessary for living and rest: kitchen appliances, cookware, bath and bedding, a BBQ area and a relaxation area with Solarium.

The house is a spacious Parking. In 3 minutes from the house health trail where you can enjoy a morning jog or just walk along the Creek and listen to the birds singing. The trail goes directly to the sea, and the road there takes about 10 minutes.

Also in walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops and other city infrastructure.

And of course the sea, the beaches of Altea is just 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car.

Rents in 2020

• Rent 190 Euro, minimum of 2 days.
• Week - 1300 euros.
• Cleaning, bed linen and towels are charged separately, the price is 50 euros.

PLEASE NOTE! On the day of arrival to the house, the tenant paid a security Deposit of EUR 250, which is refundable on the day of departure, if the property were not harmed.
